Welcome to Silver Shoe Bed & Breakfast
Silver Shoe Bed & Breakfast is a tastefully restored historic georgian mansion built in the 1870's and has retained a lot of its old charm and architectural details. It is surrounded by 30 acres of gardens, apple orchards, fields and forest.
Our accommodation is centrally located in the scenic Annapolis Valley only minutes from all major destinations in the area including Wolfville, Grand Pre, Kentville, New Minas and Canning and 1 hour from Halifax, Nova Scotia in Atlantic Canada.
It's perfect for a luxurious romantic getaway for couples, a girls' night out or a great family vacation.
Our B&B offers what your heart desires and is only a short drive from Halls Harbour, famous for its Lobster Pound Restaurant and great view of the worlds highest tidal range; Wolfville, a charming town with Acadia University; Grand Pre with its acadian historic site and museum as well as several excellent wineries in the area.
Other things to do are: bird watching, hiking, skiing, golfing, fine dining, shopping, museums, winery tours to only mention a few.
Our area is famous for being home to hundereds of wintering Bald Eagles. Some of these magnificent birds stay year round!

Listen to the concert of the many song birds or the song of the the spring peepers (tiny little frogs).
At night, weather permitting, we invite you to sit down by the camp fire in the back yard and enjoy the starry skies.
