	This neat suite features both a queen and single bed, and is situated in its own wing at the back of the house, which makes it feels like your own comfy apartment. From your windows, you can view the horse paddocks and the neighboring apple orchards.

	This sunny retreat comes with a queen-sized bed and a very romantic electric woodstove. As well, you'll love the claw-foot bathtub in the spacious ensuite bathroom which also features a separate shower. This room offers a great view of the neighboring apple orchards.

	This very large (560 square foot), private, cottage-like suite with windows on three sides is attached to the main house and overlooks the back yard. It features a king-sized bed, ensuite bath with shower, a wood-burning fireplace, a 32'' cable TV and DVD player. There are lounge and dining areas as well. The Garden Suite has a private garden entrance and its own private patio, facing a mature, park-like garden.

We can accommodate long-term guests in the winter months. Please inquire about the rates. Kindly note that the off-season rates do not apply to holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter. For these holidays the high season rates are in effect. All prices on this site are subject to HST. General Policies: No pets, please. Smoking is only permitted outdoors in designated areas. Cancellation Policy: Please cancel at least 7 days prior to your stay or your booked nights will be charged to your credit card.
